This mod for dh 0.46 also launches directly at 333MHz. DO not disconnect the USB cable throughout until you have finished and booted back to 1.5 and quit Devhook.

If it still does not connect to device then try different USB ports, doesn't matter if the port is slower and then re-install the drivers.if the problem still persists go to your device manager with the PSP connected and uninstall PSP type B, unlug USB and install drivers again. It will diconnect and reconnect while launching/exiting/playing the game it's normal. You have to have a UMD inside to make it work.
